In our house, we really try to instill a sense of teamwork within our family. We are Team Grover. The older boys help younger brothers with homework, we support each other at sporting events and school concerts, we all pitch in and do chores together and we love to have fun together. To me, being part of a family means all of those things; helping when help is needed, supporting each other, getting the grunt work done (my favorite thing to say is “We all made this house dirty so we are all going to clean it!”) and most importantly, share meaningful experiences and make memories together. So for me, Family and Teamwork go hand in hand.
Family is exactly what Jeanne’s School of Dance was built on back in 1958. It is the very foundation of who we are. Jeanne started her dance studio to provide a place for her daughter and friends to go after school and be able to take dance classes. She eventually opened a studio location next door to her husband’s family grocery store in Mesa called Wright’s Market. Talk about the good old days! Every day at the dance studio was a day with family, with people who knew you and were there to help you become a better person.
Today, we honor our family by keeping those values at the center of who we are. Jeanne’s is not your average dance studio because there’s no bigger heart than the legacy Jeanne left.
If you're looking for a not so average dance studio that will do much more for your child than simply teach dance, then Welcome Home! Miss Amy: I love teaching kids and watching that "A-ha!" moment happen when all the dots connect and the light bulb goes on! There's nothing better!
